Welcome to your personal training center.
I am Spyros Lambropoulos and I am honored to share with you my experience of three decades dedicated to health and fitness.
Specializing in many aspects of fitness, I offer you a comprehensive approach that will cover all your needs.
Starting my involvement in sports at the age of 10, I managed to become the Panhellenic swimming champion in the 1500 and 400 meters freestyle at the end of my teenage years.
During my studies at TEFAA Athens and afterwards, I was involved in various types of gymnastics, resistance and body weight training, martial arts, dance, aerobics, dance aerobics, gym fitness, mountain hiking and snowboarding.
Also at the age of 21-23 I was lucky enough to spend two years as a physiotherapist in a physical therapy clinic in Norway, which helped me understand quite a lot about second level injury rehabilitation.

I have found that in order to achieve good results for my trainees, we need to combine the best of different types of fitness so that we overcome the plateaus and difficulties/setbacks that are created on your path to achieving good physical condition.
In other words, I believe that we should not “stick” to one type of exercise, but rather combine the best elements from various exercise protocols in order to achieve what we want and need, with the least amount of effort and time.
And that’s what I’ve been doing for the last few years with my trainees at my gym.
