The system that I consider to be the most ideal after 30 years in the field, and I have been developing and improving it for years is the following:

You start with a number of Personal Training sessions and then if you need something more economical, you continue with Semi Personal Training until the end of the training season. (Beginning of September to end of July).
In other words, you should first learn the techniques of the exercises and this is done in Personal Training with a coach with you throughout the session, who pays attention to the smallest details in your techniques.
Also, with Personal Training we can correctly evaluate some parameters of your physical condition and improve them faster.

Then in Semi Personal Training, with a personalized program, (IT IS NOT GROUP TRAINING), I help you throughout the session, to improve the parameters that lead to the achievement of your goals, to overcome your limits and to exercise with the greatest efficiency.


By following a balanced healthy diet, you increase performance by a huge percentage and thus you can also see big, visually, changes in your body for the better.
The session packages therefore reflect this philosophy, that is to train for a season in a progressive and methodical way and therefore have a yearly duration.
Nevertheless, for your convenience, you do not pay in one go but you can pay in installments.
